1. Who we are

HalliqMedia (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a growth-marketing agency for medical-tourism clinics, operating from Istanbul, Türkiye and serving clients worldwide. We are the data controller for the personal data described in this policy.

2. The data we collect

• Information you give us via our forms — your name, clinic name, email address and any message you send when you request a free Clinic Growth Audit or subscribe to our newsletter.
• Contact you initiate — messages you send us by email or WhatsApp.
• Technical & usage data collected automatically — IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and similar analytics data, collected through cookies and tracking pixels (see “Cookies & tracking” below).

3. How and why we use your data

• To respond to your audit request or enquiry and provide our services (legal basis: steps taken at your request / our legitimate interest in responding).
• To send you marketing emails you signed up for (legal basis: your consent — you can unsubscribe at any time).
• To measure and improve our marketing and website, including via the Meta Pixel (legal basis: your consent for advertising/analytics cookies).
• To keep our website secure and prevent abuse (legal basis: our legitimate interest).

4. Cookies & tracking

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies. Essential cookies keep the site working. Analytics and advertising technologies — including the Meta (Facebook) Pixel — use cookies to understand how visitors use the site and to measure the effectiveness of our ads.

The Meta Pixel is provided by Meta Platforms, Inc., which may receive and process data about your visit. You can read Meta’s Data Policy at facebook.com/privacy and adjust your ad preferences in your Meta account settings. You can also control cookies through your browser settings.

5. Who we share your data with

• Formspree — processes our form submissions and delivers them to us.
• Netlify — hosts our website.
• Meta Platforms, Inc. — receives Pixel/advertising data as described above.
• Our email and messaging providers — used to reply to you.
• We never sell your personal data. We may disclose data where required by law.

6. International transfers

Some of our providers (for example Meta, Formspree and Netlify) are based outside your country, including in the United States. Where data is transferred internationally, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or the providers’ own compliance frameworks.

7. How long we keep your data

We keep enquiry and client data only as long as needed to respond to you and to run our business relationship, and as required by law. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.

8. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to our use of your personal data, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. You also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information and review our measures regularly.

10. Children

Our services are intended for businesses and are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date below shows when it was last revised. Material changes will be reflected here.
